ENERGY CRYSTAL & SELF-HEALING

Since the Stone Age, humans have
harnessed energy stones for both practical and spiritual purposes—ranging from tools like flints to healing and protective amulets. In ancient times, they were also used therapeutically, believed to restore balance to the mind, body, and soul through chi and spirit.

After the Middle Ages, energy stones
became part of magic and religion, influencing science and medicine. Though later dismissed as folk remedies, they’ve recently regained attention through holistic health practices, which view the body as a unity of spirit, qi, mind, and body. Today, energy stones are increasingly seen as tools for alternative therapy and wellness, embraced by many for their perceived positive effects.

Meditation Steps:

  • Sit down in a comfortable position—lotus pose, cross-legged, or on a chair.
  • Hold an energy crystal in your left hand and close your eyes.
  • Inhale into your chest, imagining air entering through the top of your head while focusing on the “Sea of Air.”
  • Focus on your “Dantian” and use abdominal breathing to fill it with air.
  • After fully inhaling, slowly exhale and focus on your “waist,” imagining warm air flowing from the Dantian to nourish it.
  • Silently say “feet” and visualize the energy flowing from the waist to the roots of your thighs.
  • Focus on the word “foot” and imagine energy flowing from the knees to the toes. Exhale completely at this point.
  • When the energy in your lower abdomen feels full, focus on the “mind” and the crystal in your hand. Merge with the crystal in a state of “nothingness.”
  • Focus on the “Sea of Qi” and begin to inhale deeply.

Note: Energy stones are becoming more popular as tools for alternative therapy and wellness, appreciated for their perceived positive effects.
